There was studied the question of innovations implementation in information and bibliographical activities of university library. Due to the introduction of innovative model of university library and new technologies consider the question of innovation usage, new forms and methods of work in bibliographical activities of Scientific and technical library of Dnipropetrovsk National University of Railway Transport named after Academician V. Lazaryan. There were studied basic questions related to the information and bibliographical service of scientific community and university students.
